The Samnokh Dynasty is a newly awakened Necron Dynasty which has intruded onto the borders of the Urani-Surtr Regulates of the Leagues of Votann.^[1]

It is thought that its Phaeron is single-minded in its quest to claim the worlds of the URSR.^[1]
