Simeon Rasp

Simeon Rasp was a legendary Lord Commissar.^[1] He is known to have acted as a mentor to a number of other famous Commissars, including Dominic Seroff^[1] (later a Lord Commissar in his own right^[2]) and Sebastian Yarrick.^[1]
