Snare Gun

The Snare Gun is a weapon similar to a Webber, firing a thin, cable noose to entangle and capture a target rather than kill them.^[1]

The snare gun is a simple, yet effective weapon, which fires a spool of thin adamantine cable, ending in a snare, to lasso a foe. The entangled victim can then be reeled in, alive and relatively unharmed. Should the quarry become too much for the user to restrain, the spool has a quick release to allow the user to retain the weapon. This gun is often utilised by those who wish to capture a target alive but cannot access more sophisticated weapons (such as webbers).^[1]
