Stententious Logar was an amateur historian and author of Purge the Guilty! An impartial account of the liberation of Gravalax.[1]
He was also notable for his vitriolic hatred of Rogue Traders, considering them greedy at best and unwitting pawns of traitors and xenos at worst. Inquisitor Amberley Vail, who used Purge the Guilty! as a source of background information when she compiled the Cain Archive, speculated that "Perhaps one owed him money."[1]
