The Sword of Saint Helena was the Saint's sacred blade and it was buried, along with Helena's other relics, beisde her remains in a shrine on Acheron IV.[1]
History
However the world was later invaded by Waaagh! Uggrot and the Argent Shroud Canoness Verena Armenii led a battlehost to recover any of the Saint's relics. Upon their arrival at Helena's shrine, the battlehost was attacked by an overwhelming Ork force and it was only with the discovery of Saint's sacred blade, that the battle began to turn. Using the Sword of Saint Helena, Seraphim Superior Camille beheaded Warboss Grog Chewtops, which caused the Orks to retreat. This saved what remained of the battlehost and allowed them to escape with the Saint's relics they had recovered.[1]
