It's wrong! In 4th Edition Dark Angels codex stated that EXCEPT "The Tale of Two Heads Talking" there are a lot of stories that preapring the young Scouts to truth of Chapter's falling, and not that story about Genestealers was lie and the 'true reason (...) is in fact symbolic of the Deathwing's role as hunters of The Fallen'.
