Talk:Equerry

I'm pretty sure this doesn't belong here. Equerry is just another word for a personal attendant. Though if there is the actual position of "Equerry" within the legions, then ignore me :P Cantido 02:05, 27 August 2008 (CEST)

In the Horus Heresy novels though they do refer to it a lot. Kharn is mentioned as an Equerry to Angron and Maloghurst is also mentioned as an Equerry. Not a rank per see but a title though. Will leave this for others to decide though. -- C'tan 17:05, 27 August 2008 (CEST)
Yeah, it's a title mentioned often enough in different legions that it seems encyclopedic to give it an entry, even if that entry will probably never amount to much. I'm not certain where the wanted category 'Titles' should go. Perhaps we could discuss this? The articles in it so far are all Imperial. We could rename it 'Imperial Titles' and have it in the Imperium cat, or leave it and stick it in at a higher level. There's also the option of 'Generic Terms' to stick it in, that way we could put 'Lord' and similar things in it too?--Mob 18:28, 28 August 2008 (CEST)
Perhaps a category called "Titles and Ranks"? I mean there are positions like Lord Commander, Warmaster etc etc. -- C'tan 18:23, 28 August 2008 (CEST)
So, a cat tree like "Background/Titles and Ranks/Titles"? --Mob 19:31, 31 August 2008 (CEST)
