The scene depicted in the article is actually of the Deceiver acting as Moriana. During the scene, we can see the Deceiver's shadow behind the visage of Moriana. During the game's ending cutscene, we see the Deceiver gazing upon the destroyed Blackstone Fortresses, with the speech during the meeting scene being replayed. This is also consistent with the 3rd edition Necron codex lore, which explicitly confirms the Deceiver's role in the Gothic War and the destruction of the fortresses. If possible, another image of Moriana should be used instead.
