Intended Warp beacon?

I haven't listened to the Pharos audio drama yet, but I was under the impression that the Pharos "beacon in the Warp" effect was only an unintended side effect, or even secondary function, of the device since the Necrons and C'Tan use no Warp-based tech. Belisarius Cawl: The Great Work explicitly portrays the Pharos' main function as a quantum teleportation device, which creates stable wormholes between locations without the use of the Warp.TheNuclearSoldier (talk) 17:53, 28 January 2020 (UTC)
