Would it be advisable and/or possible to move that long character list to its own page, though it is very great information and it must have taken a while to get it together I think it really makes the article look less put together than it really is. Can we make a page for all the characters of the Tomb of Fire Trilogy and have that in one space all to itself? Thoughts? --qryan 04:47, 3 November 2011 (CET)

Yikes, I hadn't seen that before. We don't normally include the non-entity characters in summary lists, only the main ones, and certainly don't normally redlink them (such articles are unlikely to be created). Perhaps the editor who did this has a project in mind...this information would be nice in an article about the company featured in the book, it's almost an entire Order of Battle. I'm loathe to suggest removal or a move without hearing from that editor first, but I do agree that it unbalances the page.--Mob 00:03, 4 November 2011 (CET)
Hi there, Guilty of that mega list. I must admit that I red-linked everything back in my novice days, having since realized that those articles will 99% of the time will never be created. My thoughts of moving the whole list somewhere else, go for it, as long as it isn't destroyed or chopped down. Taking the bad red-links out is fine with me, but ruining the whole structure of the company and their enemies will incur my wrath.:P.
I personally think that this whole Tome of Fire page is sh*t and that it should be split into novel pages with detailed synopsis' there and this page kept as the index of sorts. Admittedly, that list is only here because i figured it was most appropriate at the time, given as this is where all Salamanders novel series material is located. One of the reasons I invested so much time into the list was because with the short stories by Nick Kyme, (Prometheus Requiem, Hell Night), I wanted the characters links to eventually to one character page or something etc... However Im to lazy to achieve that completely!--Ytokes 09:50, 4 November 2011 (CET)
Reformat the page as a series page like the HH or GG, then create individual pages like those series and put the character list in there?--Mob 18:42, 4 November 2011 (CET)
Yeah I thought that it wouldn't be suitable as it is only a trilogy, but with all the short stories ( I think i read somewhere that nick kyme said it would be five shorts and 3 novels) it will work as a series page. That would not be hard to implement, with some basic synopsis'.--Ytokes 02:24, 5 November 2011 (CET)
Reformatted the page to more closely follow the pages for other novel series. The individual novel pages may require some more attention, but I *hope* for now they'll suffice. Odinsgrudge 03:45, 11 April 2012 (CEST)
