I think the table needs some re-organisation. Tyrannic War veterans are Ultramarine only, so probaby shouln't be included at all. Master of Sanctity and Reclusiarch are there, but not normal Chaplain. Epistolary and Codicier are included but not Chief Librarian or Lexicanium. No mention of Techmarines at all. I think the whole table needs a new layout, how about something like -

• Chapter Command - Chapter Master • Chapter Ancient • Chapter Champion • Honour Guard • Master of Sanctity • Chief Librarian • Master of the Forge • Chief Apothecary
• Company Command - Captain • Command Squad • Company Standard Bearer • Company Champion

Broken

Fixed. The onlyinclude tag makes it so the template doesn't transclude anything outside of the tags. What was wanted was the includeonly tag, which will transclude its content but not processed on the template's page.
