The Tochran Crusade was an Imperial Crusade waged in 943.M41.[1]
Overview
The Crusade began when the Necron Trazyn the Infinite claimed to have discovered the Song of Entropy, one of the missing Artifacts of Vulkan. This instigated a decade-long war between the Salamanders and Necron forces of Solemnace. Trazyn's claim proved to be a lie to lure Vulkan He'Stan into a trap during the assault of Tochran, where the Necrons attempted to slay the Forgefather and obtain the Spear of Vulkan. The Salamanders 6th Company fought back to back against an encirclement of Necrons, and 40 battle-brothers were lost in the fighting. However, the Salamanders emerged victorious, and He'stan defeated Trazyn once more.[1]
