Vlokarion was an infamous Dark Eldar Haemonculus of Commorragh, said to be second only to Urien Rakarth in accomplishments.^[1]

Overview

Vlokarion was fascinated by the Exodite Eldar, believing that during The Fall the racial soul of the Eldar was divided, each portion embracing an aspect of the Eldar nature. Believing that Craftworld Eldar embraced the discipline of Asuryan, Vlokarion also theorized that the Exodites embraced the purity of Isha. As a result, Vlokarion believed that the dark energies gathered from the torments of an Exodite Eldar would be far more potent than those harvested from "lesser races" such as humans, allowing Dark Eldar figures deceased for potentially thousands of years to be resurrected.^[1]
