Simeon Rasp

Simeon Rasp was a legendary Lord Commissar.[1] He is known to have acted as a mentor to a number of other famous Commissars, including Dominic Seroff[1] (later a Lord Commissar in his own right[2]) and Sebastian Yarrick.[1]
