View deleted pages is a Special pages tool from the category Page tools. This tool allows to find, view and restore deleted pages.
The tool can be accessed via the Special pages tools overview, subsection Page tools.

In the tool you have to specify which deleted pages you are looking for.
The system will now give you a list of deleted but restorable pages corresponding to the given specification:
These deleted pages can now be viewed and - if necessary - be restored.
