Antroch Lancers are Astra Militarum Regiments.^[1]

History

In M40.472, they were among the Imperium's forces that fought the Orks of Waaagh! Drojock. During their battles with the Xenos, the Antroch Lancers made use of Basilisks with armored crew compartments. Though they are normally artillery, the Lancers used the Basilisks as Battle Tanks as they stormed the Vannen River fords.^[1]
