Chiromancer
Chiromancers are Imperial Psykers, who have been medically and psychically trained to treat victims of Warp-born diseases.[1]
Despite their skills, however, those given to their care, suffer from maladies of the soul and body, which few survive. Due to the nature of their work, Chiromancers serve aboard Isolation Ships and wear Hazard Suits, while treating their patients. By doing this, the Imperium limits the risk of any Warp disease spreading and endangering its worlds. High ranking members of the Chiromancer order, are known as Chiromancer-Captains.[1]
