Evin Hjerkstad is a Flight Commander of the Imperial Navy, leading 'Drako' Squadron of the 4521st Imperial Navy Bomber Wing. He is known for being a hardline puritan, to the point that he has forbidden his squadron members from decorating their planes with graffiti or other unofficial iconography.^[1]
