The Nightfire Wars were fought between the Imperium and Tau Farsight Enclaves.^[1][2]

Among the Imperial forces that took part in the wars were the Space Marines of the Hammers of Dorn^[2] and Iron Knights Chapters.^[1] The latter saw bitter combat in the campaign.^[1]
