The Prism of Echoes is a relic of the Thousand Sons.[1]
This ancient crystal is said to have been recovered amongst the ruins of Prospero. It resonates with the psychic death-agonies of those who fell during the worlds ruin, so that even the ghosts of the Rubicae are moved to vengeful fury in its presence.[1]
