The Tethys Expanse is a League of the Leagues of Votann.[1]
History
Its Kindred are extremely widespread and maintain contact with each other by means of a singularly potent interstellar communications network. While the Expanse will lease the network's proprietary technologies to other Leagues, it will only do so for a substantial fee.[1]
