I'm a firm believer in the importance of citation and fact checking, and while I cannot say I have been in 40k since the days of Rick Priestly, I know how to read a book or a codex and cite a page number. I do legitimately enjoy 40k, but I also enjoy having a reliable and accurate source of information for it which I believe the Lexicanum provides.
I work as a Critical Care Nurse IRL and am familiar with learning and applying electronic record and information systems. I play original Necromunda and Rogue Trader with some of my friends, a few of which have been there for 1st edition.
