The Invocators are a Chaos Space Marine warband.^[1]

Overview

Alarius Varrans^[2]

Originally known as the Clerics of Steel, they were among the thirty Chapters corrupted during the Abyssal Crusade.^[1]

Known for the daemonic hosts they summon before each battle, the Invocators are a rag-tag assortment of minor warbands that now seek power through bringing as many daemonic rituals to fruition as they can. They have fallen so far from the light of truth that their only recourse is to court the favour of all four of the Ruinous Powers – and some rumour other gods besides.^[2]

During the Psychic Awakening, they sent forces to the Prosperan Rift War^[3] and also took part in the Nachmund Rift War^[4]
