Bloodlords

The Bloodlords are a Chaos Space Marine warband. Originally known as the Spears of Olympus, they were among the thirty Chapters corrupted during the Abyssal Crusade.[1]
Insignia
The symbol worn by all Bloodlords is a crushed heart.[2b]
Known Actions
On planet Anachron Bloodlords under orders of Sabaktes fought World Eaters taking Lord of Skulls as a prize. The machine spirit of Bloodhammer refused to cooperate with captain Navarch Ladon.[2c]
On the ice moon of Ixus IX, the Bloodlords would be caught in a trap by Necrons. The warband thought they would be slaughtering an Imperial prison. They were surprised when they found the prison deserted of all life and instead filled with Necron Warriors.[2]
During the ambush, the Bloodhammer was hit with torpedoes and just as the captain regained control of the ship the rage from the Lord of Skulls sent him into a fit of bloodlust. Navarch Ladon subsequently crashed the ship into the moon.[2d] This resulted in the Lord of Skulls being unleashed from within the ship's hold. It would go on to purge the Necrons but at least part of the Bloodlords.[2d]
