Because of their [[Homeworld]]'s environment, where [[Humans]] can only live within its [[Cavern World|caverns]], the Sharpshooters come equipped with night-vision helmets, thermal body armour and training to deliver precision [[las]]fire. This is because they risk their lives to hunt down [[Psyclopea]]'s [[megafauna]] on its surface and the most fearless hunters wait to open fire down a beast's throat. The Sharpshooters also pride themselves in leaving no visible wounds on their prey, to ensure their world's planetary elite may display them as trophies. This skill set of foolhardy bravery combined with incredible precision, makes their [[Guardsmen]] sought after to serve as [[sniper]]s.{{Fn|1}}
