The 33rd Deltic Phoenixes are a Regiment of Tempestus Scions of the Militarum Tempestus. Its graduates were originally orphans who survived a vicious Dark Eldar raid on Kaldamor. Though their mindscaping has since eliminating their memory of this event, they still nonetheless express a greater zeal and kill rate against the Dark Eldar.[1]
