Compare pages is a Special pages tool from the category Page tools. This tool allows to compare two different pages in specific revisions - as opposed to the tool Differences that only allows to compare revisions of the same page.
The Compare pages tool can be accessed via the Special pages tools overview, subsection Page tools.

In the tool you have to enter the titles of the pages you want to compare. You can also enter specific Revisions IDs.
