Broodmind
The Broodmind is a term given to the commanding Psychic gestalt of Genestealer Cults.[1]
Essentially the Cult's version of the Hive Mind, the Broodmind differs primarily in that it applies only unifies members of a specific Genestealer Cult. Directed and commanded by a Genestealer Patriarch, the Broodmind ensures the total loyalty and coordination of a Cult's forces. The Broodmind also alters the perceptions of those influenced by it, making hideous Genestealer Hybrids appear as normal Human infants to their infected mothers, and serves as a psychic beacon which draws the Tyranids towards the Cult's host world.[1]
