Clarion Proclamatus
The Clarion Proclamatus is an elaborate master vox, that is a relic of the Astra Militarum.[1]
Description
Somehow its commanding transmissions are capable of reaching the minds they are intended for. This has led some to believe the Proclamatus' seamless case must contain the bound essence of an Astropath within it. However the demands to hand the relic over for crypto-mechanical analysis, have somehow always been misfiled.[1]
