Kalidar is the star of the Kalidar System.^[1a]

Kalidar is a Type A main sequence blue-white star^[1a] that produces a lot of flares and radiation.^[1b] It is believed to have been artificially manipulated at some point in the distant past (equating to grade F on the X-T Scale), due to its instability and elemental composition. The three innermost planets of the Kalidar System are also noted to orbit Kalidar in a non-natural pattern, providing further evidence for this manipulation. Data pertaining to the star and these three planets has been suppressed by the Inquisition.^[1a]
