Morkan Sayle
Morkan Sayle was a Strike-Centurion of the Raven Guard Legion who became a Blackshield during the Horus Heresy.[1]
History
After the Dropsite Massacre, Morkan led a Blackshields force against the Sons of Horus hunter-slayers under Tybalt Marr, ambushing them on the planet of Ultinia 7. In the ensuing battle, a sky-hive housing 100,000 colonists was destabilised and brought plummeting into the lyotropic crystal seas of Ultinia 7. Centurion Morkan was presumed dead in that operation, along with over half of his force, but contrary claims continued to emerge even decades later.[1]
