This psychic hood focuses its power through shards of crystal stolen from Tzeentch’s labyrinthine dimension, then sanctified in the Chambers of Purity. Minions of Tzeentch find their powers dimmed by the psychic might of those with the strength to wear this relic in battle.[1]
