I think Detlef's point was that he would rather see 1 complete page created than 10 incomplete ones. You must have created hundreds of these pages, kudos for that, but it means that someone else is going to have to go through hundreds of pages to add links etc. (especially as most of these pages dont actually link to an others - currently they are just dead ends).
