The Vengeful Dead is a short story about the Red Talons Space Marine Chapter written by Mike Vincent.[1]

Since their founding at the end of the Great Scouring, the Red Talons have been known for their brutal, aggressive style of warfare, and their never-ending vendetta against the Traitor Legions.
Now bound within the formidable sarcophagus of a Redemptor Dreadnought, Ingalion Carthis of the Red Talons explores how his ways of waging war have changed since his internment, and considers how he can maximise his destructive power.
As his bitter last stand against the Night Lords rapidly approaches, Carthis must draw on all his previous experience as a Space Marine and his new-found capabilities as a mighty war machine of the Adeptus Astartes.
