Vynnsakar^[1]

Vynnsakar was a Salamanders warlord in the True Flame Blackshield warband, during the Horus Heresy.^[1]

History

As the conflict raged, Vynnsakar sought to reforge the embattled Imperium^[1] by scouring any corruption he found within it. The Warlord is also known to have taken part in the later stages of Pale Stars Campaign,^[2] as the region of space was ravaged by Warmaster Horus' hordes.^[3] This was known as Bleeding the Pale Stars^[4] and the True Flame^[1] were among the Blackshield warbands, that formed a temporary alliance with the ragtag Imperial forces that were fighting there.^[3] During the campaign, though, Vynnsakar became targeted by the Alpha Legion's First Captain, Ingo Pech, who was determined to kill him.^[3]
