Random page is a Special pages tool from the category Redirecting special pages. This tool gives you access to a random article in the main Namespace (i.e. a "normal" article).
You can access this Special page by clicking on the corresponding Navigation button Random page to your left (see above). The tool can also be accessed via the Special pages tools overview, subsection Redirecting special pages.

Random pages in other namespaces
If you want to access a random page that is not in the main Namespace, you will have to modify the used link to include the Namespace you wish to use:

Concrete example: To access a random article's Discussion page you would have to use the address:
