The 27th Company of the Night Lords Legion is known to have been active during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy.[1]
The company, like many in the Legion, had an epithet; the 27th's translates from Nostraman as the "Shattered Skull".[1]

- Var Jahan — Captain. Commanding officer of the 27th Company during the Horus Heresy and member of the Kyroptera.[2]
