Amarah Prime is an Imperium planet. It is the capital planet of the Orpheus Sector.[1]
During the Orphean War, the key Battle of Amarah devastated the planet. Though the Necron attack was eventually stemmed, the small amounts of surviving Imperial forces stationed on the world were quickly evacuated while the remaining civilian population was abandoned to their own fate.[1]
