Sisters of Battle Portal

Aspira is a Living Saint^[3] and was the eighteenth Canoness of the Order of the Bloody Rose.^[2]

Biography

She is best known for leading her order in a War of Faith to liberate almost a hundred worlds from the heretic Tyrant of Denescura^{[Conflicting Sources]} with a force of only a thousand warriors.^[2]

Her cloak of fur and velvet is a holy relic of the Adepta Sororitas.^[1]

Conflicting Sources

Codex: Sisters of Battle (2nd Edition) states the hundred worlds were liberated from "the heretic Denescura"^[1], while Codex: Witch Hunters (3rd Edition) and The Inquisition (Background Book) refers to "the Tyrant of Denescura".^[2][3] The former implies that Denescura is a name while the latter implies that it is a location.
