The Cult Sanguinius is the doctrines and beliefs of the Blood Angels and their Successor Chapters, the Sanguinary Brotherhood.[1]
History
It contains the rites of Initiation, Vindication and Redemption, the Blood Pact, the Host-throng, the nine Encarmine Axioms and the Orders of the Circulus Ennead Angelis. Despite the many members of the Sanguinary Brotherhood, though, none knew the Cult Sanguinius' graceful nuances and sublime edicts better than the Blood Angels' Chaplain Lemartes. However his deep knowlege of the text, would not prevent Lemartes from falling victim to the Black Rage and he was inducted into his Chapter's Death Company.[1]
