Ferrox (Dreadnought)
Ferrox is a Castaferrum Pattern Dreadnought in the Ultramarines Chapter's 2nd Company.[1b]
History
He was among its forces[1b] that took part in the First Tyrannic War's Battle for Macragge, where the Ultramarines defended their Homeworld from Hive Fleet Behemoth.[1] Though a major victory was later won, when the Hive Fleet's Bioships were destroyed in Macragge's orbit, the battle on its surface continued to rage.[1a] During that time, Ferrox and squad Guardatus were defending a small 2nd Company outpost, when the Tyranids overran its outer defenses and advanced upon them. As the Xenos stormed the outpost, the Dreadnought was determined to stem Behemoth's tide or die in the Emperor's name.[1b] While squad Guardatus survived the battle, it is not known if Ferrox did as well.[1c]
