Halicon Citadel
The Halicon Citadel was a major landmark of the city of Hjec Aleja on the planet Ras Shakeh.[1]
Located in the centre of the city atop the plateau known as the Plaza of Triumph, it towered over the rest of the city. Large portions of the citadel, including the central hall, were constructed on the order of Cardinal Tomojo-Kech.[1]
