The Skull of the Cacodominus[2]
The Skull of the Cacodominus is the head of a wretched Xenos, that was killed by the Black Templars during The Howling. It was taken as a trophy by the Chapter and the skull still echoes with the Xenos' monstrous, psychic death screams.[1]
