The Aegis Sector is a region of the Eastern Fringe.[1]
Overview
By the time of the Horus Heresy the Aegis Sector was dominated by the twin worlds of Memlock and Heraldor. The populous planets of the Sector were known to be the breadbasket of the Eastern Fringe despite having fought a bloody war to resist the Great Crusade. During the Heresy they only remained loyal thanks to the presence of Imperial Army garrisons.[1]
