Baskow was a Terran Unification Era scientist, who aided in the creation of the Space Marines.[1]
History
They were a senior technician in the Biotechnical Division and, like all those who held the same position, Baskow's notes were among those kept by Malcador the Sigillite. These were stored in Malcador's laboratories within his Sigillite's Retreat tower, that was located within the Imperial Palace's Sanctum Imperialis. Near the end of the Horus Heresy's Siege of Terra, the biomechanical engineer Basilio Fo used these notes in his efforts to create a bio-weapon that would kill the traitorous Primarch, Warmaster Horus.[1]
