Asvald Stormwrack was a Wolf Lord of the Space Wolves. A young Logan Grimnar was inducted into his Great Company, eventually joining Asvald's Wolf Guard.^{[Needs Citation]}

In 415.M41, Asvald was killed battling Orks during the war for the Cyclopean Rift on Zylor IX. Asvald faced Warboss Dakfang, and both leaders were wounded before plummeting into a crevasse.^[1a]
