Imperium Portal Adeptus Custodes

Miserine Delegates are a covert Adeptus Custodes Shield-Host, that has infiltrated the Imperial Fists Chapter's Phalanx. They now watch for any hint that the Fortress-Monastery could turn upon the Imperium.^[1]

History

After infiltrating the Phalanx when it returned to Terra, following Cadia's destruction, the Delegates have used various ways to hide their presence. This includes using technological means or by pretending to be gene-bulked labour Ogryn. The Imperial Fists are aware of the Delegates' presence, however, but have chosen not to do anything about it. The Chapter believes there is no better way to show their loyalty to the Imperium, then by continuing to allow the Custodians to observe them.^[1]
