In 992.M41 Imperial Governor Schwachgeist was sent a message from The Remnants' Chapter Master stating that he had failed in his duties of governing Ophelion — among them, protecting its tithes and the souls of its citizens. The message continued that as a consequence of his many failures, The Remnants were descending upon Ophelion to remove him from office and that Schwachgeist should accept this judgement in the hopes that the Emperor would find something of worth when he judged the ragged remains of the Governor's soul.[1]
