Power of Terra
The Power of Terra was an Imperial Navy Battlecruiser, that was commanded by Flag Captain Durek, during the Age of Apostasy.[1c]
History
Despite serving the Imperium's ruler High Lord Goge Vandire, Durek had sympathy for the rebellious Sebastian Thor's beliefs. He also had contacts within Thor's army, the Confederation of Light, which was steadily destroying the strength of Vandire's rule. When his sympathies towards Thor were discovered in 273.M36, an assassin was sent to kill Durek. The Flag Captain escaped, however, and fled aboard the Power of Terra. He would later meet with Mordecai Haarlock, and joined his rebellion[1c] against High Lord Vandire's puppet Jericho Sector rulers[1b], known as the Over-Governors.[1a]
