Siege of Travo'anor
The Siege of Travo'anor was a battle of the Horus Heresy. The battle was focused on the world of Travo'anor, an Industrial World of northern Segmentum Obscurus which had many different Mechanicum elements represented on it.[1]
When Horus' treachery became obvious, the Schism of Mars spread to Travo'anor and its seven moons. Traitor Titan Legion forces sought to strike at Novistra, the capital of the planet, but were foiled by loyalists including the Legio Destructor, Legio Ignatum, and Legio Crucius. As several maniples of Traitor Titans advanced on Novavistra, Titan Landers transported a handful of Warmaster Titans, drawn from four different Titan Legions, in their path. Sent to Travo'anor to serve should a dire need arise within the Segmentum Obscurus, the Titans were all that stood before the advancing Traitors and the evacuating forges. Though greatly outnumbered, the Warmaster Titans quickly proved they were far from outgunned.[1]
